Software & KI K aku.visionManager®

The software standard for machine vision!

Designed for highly demanding tasks, aku.visionManager® is always used when high performance and modularity are required.

The software enables the integration of machine vision libraries, components and all industry-standard interfaces. Its scalability and extensibility allow precise adaptation to the respective application.

Edit on the fly – patented!

The aku.visionManager® scores with a real innovation.

The aku.visionManager® offers a unique function that enables the complete editing of all machine vision parameters and algorithms at runtime – Edit on the Fly.

Thanks to this patented function, there is no need to interrupt processes or switch off systems. Evaluation parameters can be modified at any time during production. This increases productivity while saving time and money at the same time.

ONNX-Worker – intelligently tested!

The ONNX-Worker enables seamless integration of neural networks into the aku.visionManager®.

With the help of the ONNX-Worker, different types of neural networks can be integrated into inspection processes. This allows inspection tasks to be processed effectively and intelligently. In combination with rule-based inspection procedures, a powerful tool for machine vision is created. Self-trained neural networks can be integrated using the ONNX-Worker.

Well integrated with Halcon & VisionPro!

The integration of machine vision libraries means that all the tools required for complex tasks are available.

The aku.visionManager® is able to integrate and manage common machine vision libraries. All parameterization and programming functions are available to users, making the application extremely flexible. The libraries are embedded in so-called workers and can be connected to image sources and interfaces. Thanks to the open structure, hardware components and software tools can be combined to create a powerful application.

Statistics tool – collected, evaluated, adapted!

With our statistics tool, you can view test results holistically over any period of time.

The statistics tool records results data and allows the user to individualize them. This includes the display of data trends defined by hours, days and weeks, as well as the calculation of mean values, samples and status displays.

aku.visionManager® – Highlights

Framework

The framework includes a runtime environment, libraries and a number of powerful components, providing an optimal basic structure.

Scalable

Thanks to its scalability, the software can be tailored precisely to the application. At the same time, it offers the option to meet the increasing requirements of performance at the hardware and software level.

Modular

The available modules provide a functional structure that can be used again and again. In addition, the user can integrate its own, additional necessary modules via defined interfaces.

Flexible

Changing tasks and dynamic requirements require a flexible software structure. Adaptations must be feasible in the short term without fundamentally altering the entire existing structure of the software.

Independent of manufacturer

The variety of tasks requires the use of different techniques of image generation. The integration of manufacturer-independent software and hardware components is a fundamental function.
